Process Automation Version 2.98 and 2.99 Release Notes

We have recently released two new versions of Process Automation, versions 2.98 and 2.99. We have enhanced the platform's stability and reliability, improving how emails with attachments are handled on the backend and changed how the process engine handles Script Service tasks.

Updates​

Queue for Script Service

We have added a queue to our integration component known as Script Service, this will enhance its stability and change how and when the process engine handles Script Service tasks.

Bug-fixes​

Inaccurate task deadline in List view​

Error​

Tasks that were completed after their deadline were incorrectly shown as having been completed on time in the list view (if the delay was less than 24 hours). They were showing correctly as overdue in the task view.

Fix​

We've improved the precision of the deadlines in the list view. The deadline system is accurate to the minute, now also in lists.

Unable to update standard value lists with API for values added via GUI​

Error​

Users were unable to update values in standard value lists through the API if those values had been created using the user interface in Process Automation.

Fix​

It is now possible to update these types of values using the API.

Timeout when trying to add form fields to a list in the list configuration​

Error​

Users with permissions to large amounts of meta data were experiencing timeouts when trying to add form fields to a list.

Fix​

We have improved performance, and users should no longer experience timeouts in the same way.

This release also contains additional minor bug fixes and security updates.
