Logging in to the portal for the first time

When logging in to the InRule SaaS Portal for the first time, you need to set a password before you can log in.

1. In the welcome email you received, click on the Get Started button.

2. On the Set Password screen, enter your new password and confirm your new password, then click on the arrow at the bottom of the screen.

3. You are now able to use this password to log in.

Existing users logging into a new trial

If you have had an InRule trial before, but have recently received a new trial, you can either

• Log in to your new trial with your previous username and password
• or reset your password

Reset your Password

1. Navigate to https://cloud.inrule.com/

2. Enter your email address and select Forgot Password.

3. Check your email account for the Forgot Your InRule Password? email. If you do not see the email in your inbox,

• Check Spam and Bulk Mail folders.
• Add no-reply@InRule.com to the address book.

4. Click on the Reset Password link in the email.

5. On the Set Password screen, enter your new password and confirm your new password, then click on the arrow at the bottom of the screen.

6. You are now able to use this password to log in.
