Returns the month for a given Date or DateTime.

Syntax 1​

Month()

Returns the month for a given Date or DateTime.

Syntax 2​

Month(dateTime)

Returns the month for a given Date or DateTime.

Arguments​

dateTime DateTime - A DateTime or Date.

Remarks​

Example:

Month("2005-1-28"); // returns 1

Example:

Month(); // returns the current month
